- Description
- This training day near Blackheath will focus on 1 Tying off - hard and soft lock offs on descenders, leg wrap, and bum wrap. 2 Ascending with prussik cords - tying a prussik knot, points of safety, descending, locking off, climbing with prussiks locking off and descending. We intend to finish early afternoon. Participants must be approved for canyoning with UBMBC and have checked the canyoning waiver.
