A morning walk from Blackheath Station- only 5-6 km with 200m descent and ascent. This walk on the western side of Blackheath is, apparently one of the oldest tracks in the mountains dating back to the late 1800s. We descend to the W at the end of Bundarra St and take a fork to Fort Rock. We then cut across the open heath to the top of Porters Pass. We descend the pass to and follow the Clliers Causeway under the cliffs before we eventually reach Walls ledge. No doubt there will be climbers above us. We return via Centenial Glen to Bundarra St and Blackheath. An easy Sunday morning walk suitable for new members.
